A fully operational semi-Automatic Blasting unit with an inbuilt recovery system.
The Blasting unit has dimensions of 15.8 mtrs X 8.2 mtrs and can cater to oversized material like containers, frames & 13 mtrs long Structural steel among others.
Electric Trolleys have been set up for transfer of material from the Blasting unit to the Painting Booth efficiently with minimum handling.
A fully functional Painting booth unit with an environment technical base as per UAE rules.
The Painting booth unit has dimensions of 16 mtrs X 6 mtrs and can easily paint Structures up to 13 mtrs.
Adequate covered area is available within the plot.
The covered area is divided into 03 well equipped bays having adequate cranes of 5 tons in each bay with additional Forklifts for material handling.
Open Storage Area is evenly spread for storage of both – MS / Black Steel as well as Painted material.
The open storage area is strongly paved and is easily accessible for carrying out Inspections / Loading / Off-loading operations.
